Asian Land is with the community in preventing the spread of COVID 19.  We are suggesting to take a self risk assessment check in Symptoma.com, a  free COVID-19 symptom checker. Taking this assessment will not be over five (5) minutes. And then click download report to view the results.

We will require the following from the assessment results.

1. Symptoma ID
2. Symptoma Result PDF link (URL)

  • The ID is the 12 digit number in the main result page.
