is booking an appointment required?
No. You can always walk-in but clients with scheduled appointment will be prioritized in the queue.
Is PRINTING THE FORMS/LETTERS REQUIRED?
No. You can always fill-out the form in the office. But having it before hand will keep you safe from any transmissible disease.
WHAT do I need to bring? what are the requirements for application?

Bring the requirements and the application form. If you have an appointment, you must present your reservation number.
Observe minimum health protocols.

The earliest available time slot will be on the next 3 days. Slots may be taken or can be fully-booked any time.

Your Appointment number/schedule will be tagged as pending. Our Property Admin assistants will confirm your schedule right away. Kindly wait for the next email status of confirmation.
WHEN CAN I JUST WALK-IN TO GET MY STICKERS?
Please be advised that walk-in clients are not priority in the queue. You can walk-in during business days at 8:15 AM up to 4:00 PM (except holidays)
